Why Billiard

Craft you can measure, capacity you can plan around

Every cue leaves the factory against a written specification sheet — wood grade, taper, weight tolerance and finish are recorded, tested and repeatable on reorder.

  • Aged North American hardwood

AAA ash and maple, air-dried for eight seasons then kiln-stabilised to 8% moisture, so a shaft stays straight in Dubai or in Denver.

  • ±0.2 mm taper tolerance

CNC roughing followed by hand planing. Every shaft is laser-measured against its own spec sheet before it reaches finishing.

  • Twelve-step hand finishing

Sanded from 240 to 2000 grit, sealed, buffed and waxed by craftsmen with more than ten years at the bench.

  • Full OEM / ODM programme

Your logo, joint pin, wrap, colourway and retail carton. Our in-house design team returns artwork in five working days.

  • Low MOQ from 30 pieces

Stock models ship from 30 pcs and mixed containers are welcome, so you can test a market without over-committing capital.

  • Export-grade QC & logistics

Twelve inspection checkpoints, drop-tested cartons, FSC-marked packaging and door-to-door freight to 42 countries.

Applications

Built for every level of the game

The same factory supplies a 40-table championship hall and a 200-piece retail programme. Here is how buyers use our range.

  • Tournaments & leagues

Matched-weight ball sets, tournament-speed worsted cloth and cues built to sanctioned specification for league play.

  • Academies & coaching

Junior-length cues, durable practice balls and coaching bundles priced for volume purchasing by schools and clubs.

Buyer feedback

What our distributors say

  • “We moved our entire house-cue range to Billiard in 2021. Four reorders later, straightness complaints are effectively zero and the spec sheet still matches what arrives.”

    Marcus Feldt

Purchasing Director, Nordic Cue Sports AB

    Sweden

  • “They matched our club cloth shade exactly and shipped sixty rolls in three weeks. We reopened on schedule, which two previous suppliers had failed to do.”

    Ahmed Al-Rashid

    Owner, Falcon Billiard Club

    United Arab Emirates

  • “Private-label packaging, barcodes and Spanish manuals were all handled in-house. That alone removed a whole supplier from our chain.”
