1. Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry form we receive your name, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, the products and quantities you are interested in, and your message. We also receive standard technical data such as your browser type and the page you submitted from.
2. How we use it
We use your details solely to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and samples, and follow up on orders. We do not sell, rent or trade contact data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without a separate opt-in.
3. Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms, which forwards the message to our business inbox. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard request logs for security and performance.
4. Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to 36 months so that we can trace repeat specifications and pricing. You may ask us to delete your records at any time.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you by writing to info@Chloe.com. We respond within 30 days.
